This site hosts documentation for open-source packages and does not accept user-submitted content. There is nothing here that a third party could have uploaded, so there is nothing to take down.
2. What a notice contains
A complete notice under this kind of policy identifies the work claimed to be infringed, identifies the material said to infringe it precisely enough to be found, gives the sender’s contact details, and includes statements made in good faith and under penalty of perjury.
3. Counter-notice
A policy of this kind describes the reply available to whoever posted the material, and the period after which it is restored if no action follows.
4. Repeat infringers
Services that host user content commit to terminating accounts that infringe repeatedly. A documentation site has no accounts.
5. Attribution
What this site does carry is attributions for the software it is built on, which is the more relevant document for a project of this kind.
