Consent banners exist because sites store or read information that is not strictly necessary. A static site that sets no cookies and runs no third-party script has nothing to ask about, so it does not interrupt you to ask.
3. Local storage
One key, teasim-theme, holds your light or dark preference. It is not a
cookie: it is never transmitted with a request, and no server sees it. It is
written only when you operate the theme control.
4. Third parties
There are none embedded in the page. Fonts are self-hosted, code highlighting happens at build time, and there is no embedded video, map or comment system.
5. Changes
If the example site ever gained something that stored information, this page would describe it and the site would ask before storing it.
